Welcome to Voice of Armwrestling training systems. This is a BEGINNER/ADVANCED level type 8-week workout plan.

IF YOU DON`T KNOW WHERE TO START YOUR ARMWRESTLING SPECIFIC TRAINING. THIS IS A GOOD PLACE.

This is a mix fundamental workout plan for toproll and hook. We recommend doing some extra general exercises for your body as this is specific for armwrestling.

3 days a week training split for 8 week training cycle. 

  • Every specific exercise has video explanation and demonstration.
  • 3 day and 8 week split armwrestling gym workouts.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS PLAN

  • Classic gym equipment (barbells, dumbbells, cable systems etc.)

  • Armwrestling table (If you don`t have armwrestling table you can always adapt to exercises. Its better to have one but no 100% necessary.)

  • Lifting strap or Judo belt (Any kind of band)

  • Towel

  • Handles: Rolling handles different sizes  and wrist wrench or winding handle (Any gym handle + FAT GRIP)
