4 days a week training split. With 4 different weeks of training. After you finish the block of 4 weeks you can start a block again as it has huge exercise and intensity variety. It contains two MAX EFFORT days and two DYNAMIC EFFORT days.
This is for elite or advanced level armwrestlers as well as the most serious of beginners.
